Terms and conditions for SWAP transducer returns
SWAP Service Level Agreement. Late returns. Auditdata reserves the right to invoice the Client the total price for the transducers if the Client does not return the old “out-of-calibration” transducers within 30 business days of receiving the SWAP replacements. The Client can contact Auditdata for extended return time if needed.  Auditdata can also help collect return shipments. Defect returns Auditdata reserves the right to invoice the Client the total price for the transducer if what is returned by the Client is broken, defect and/or cannot be repaired. This is only if the defect transducer is outside the warranty period. If repair is possible, Auditdata will cover the cost of the repair and any spare parts needed.  Examples of repairs covered by Auditdata are cables, headbands, foam parts, and ear hooks.
